**What does the service cost?**

We provide a highly competitive and secure token minting service on the Cardano blockchain.

Paying with $ADA:  The total cost to mint a native token is 22 ADA. Out of this, 2 ADA is refunded back to you along with the minted token. The remaining 20 ADA covers our service fee. Understand more about what is ADA.

Paying with $SNEK:  The total cost to mint a native token is 6 ADA plus 16 ADA worth of $SNEK. Out of this, 2 ADA is refunded back to you along with the minted token.

**Are there any additional costs for token verification?**

Yes, two forms of token verification are supported, each carrying its own cost:

- Simple token verification incurs an additional fee of 30 ADA.  Verifying your token is crucial for the success of your token. Without verification, your token will not display an image in MinSwap (the largest Cardano decentralized exchange). We highly recommend opting for verification. - Enhanced token verification comes with an additional 105 ADA fee. Not only will your token be registered on the Cardano Token Registry, but it will also be included on [DexHunter](https://www.dexhunter.io/), the largest Cardano DEX aggregator and [MinSwap](https://minswap.org/), the biggest Cardano DEX!

Clients opting for enhanced verification will be eligible for a FREE post on the X bot in the event of an LP token burn.

**How long does it take to receive my token?**

Tokens are delivered almost instantly. You should expect to receive your token within 1-2 minutes after completing your payment.

**What is the timeframe for token verification?**

Cardano Token Registry & Dexhunter: If you opt for verification at the time of minting, we initiate the necessary steps for verification across the required platform immediately. However, manual approval is required from the Cardano token registry and the DexHunter team, typically within 24 hours. Please note, the verification time is outside our control. If your token isn’t verified within 24 hours on a weekday, it may be violating rules, such as impersonation or inappropriateness. We are not liable for rejection due to fraudulent intentions. No refunds will be issued in these cases!

MinSwap Dex Token Verification Process: To get your token verified on MinSwap, a liquidity pool must first be created. It’s not possible to verify a token on MinSwap before a pool exists. On the enhanced verification option we are taking the necessary steps to get your token approved, but please note that MinSwap typically approves new tokens weekly. To expedite this process (potentially on the same day you create your pool), we recommend the following steps:

1. Join the official MinSwap Discord server. ([here](https://discord.com/invite/minswap))
2. Open a ticket and inform the team that your token named [Token Name], minted via SnekX, now has a pool.
3. Request for the SnekX pull request to be accepted.

**I have already minted a token without verifying it, and I have changed my mind.**

Don’t worry! You’ll most likely be fine.

If your token was NOT minted by our service, you probably won’t have the policy keys and it’s impossible to verify your token on the registry.

**Can I mint additional tokens of the ones I already have?**

The short answer is no.

**Explanation:** On Cardano, after registering a specific policy for a token (i.e., Policy ID), it has a fixed lock date after which no one, including the creators, can increase the supply of the existing token. In our service, each token is created under a policy that remains open for only 400 slots, which equates to approximately 8 minutes in human time. **How many decimals should I choose for my memecoin?**

**What payment methods are accepted?**

**What are the consequences of incorporating not only fraudulent but also inappropriate links?**

The SnekX team strictly prohibits any attempts at fraud and reserves the right to remove posts from any SnekX channels (including the X bot), regardless of whether the feature has been paid for. Consequently, website URLs will not be posted through the bot but can still be minted on-chain and recorded in the token registry. Our top priority is to shield users from any form of offensive content.

**What is a DEX Pool on Cardano?**

A DEX Pool on Cardano is a liquidity pool on a decentralized exchange (DEX) that enables users to trade tokens directly without the need for a centralized intermediary. By providing liquidity, users can earn transaction fees and other rewards.

**How do I create a DEX Pool on Cardano?**

To create a DEX Pool on Cardano, follow these steps:

- Navigate to the "Pool" page.
- Connect your wallet to the SnekX website.
- Choose the tokens you want to provide as liquidity.
- Specify the initial amounts for each token.
- Confirm the transaction to create the pool.

Note: You must first mint a token using the Mint page and ensure it has at least Standard verification.

**What tokens can I use to create a DEX Pool?**

You can use any token minted through SnekX with at least Standard verification.

**What are the fees associated with creating a DEX Pool?**

SnekX does not charge a fee for pool creation. However, you will need to pay a network transaction fee and possibly a DEX-specific fee for pool creation (if any).

**How do I earn rewards by creating a DEX Pool?**

As a liquidity provider (LP), you earn rewards from the trading fees generated by the DEX. Every time a trade is made using your pool, a portion of the transaction fee is distributed to all LPs in proportion to their share of the pool.

**Can I add more or withdraw liquidity from an existing pool?**

Yes, you can add more liquidity to an existing pool at any time. To do this, navigate to the official website of the DEX where you created the pool and perform the actions there, as SnekX does not provide liquidity withdrawal or addition services.

**What is the minimum amount of liquidity required to create a pool?**

The minimum amount of liquidity required to create a pool is 200 ADA.

**Can I change the token ratios after creating the pool?**

Once a pool is created, the token ratios are determined by market trading activity. You cannot directly change the ratios, but you can add or withdraw liquidity to influence your share of the pool.

**What is burning of LP tokens?**

**What is the burn page?**

The burn page allows you to instantly burn the LP tokens from a DEX pool that you have created. If you plan to burn LP tokens, we recommend using the Burn page. Not only does it offer a smooth process, but it also registers your burn in the SnekX Burn Registry.

**What is the SnekX Burn Registry?**

The SnekX Burn Registry (SBR) is maintained by SnekX to provide partners with accurate, efficient, and effective information related to LP token burns. This data can be fetched and used to showcase the trustworthiness of a launch. All burns conducted through the official SnekX burn page are registered in the SBR at no charge.

**What are LP tokens?**

LP tokens are the tokens you receive as proof of your contribution after you create a liquidity pool on any decentralized exchange (DEX).

**Why is this service limited to Minswap, Splash, SundaeSwap and only LP tokens?**

Currently, our integration is exclusive to Minswap, Splash and SundaeSwap. We plan to incorporate more DEXs in the near future. However, we will continue to only support the burning of LP tokens. This is due to the specific and strategic role that LP token burning plays in our service.

**What is the purpose of burning LP tokens?**

Burning LP tokens demonstrates a project’s commitment to maintaining liquidity. This ensures that when community members buy into the pool, they can also sell their holdings, as the liquidity will permanently exist on the blockchain.

**Is this service free?**

The service is completely free for SnekX users. However, there is a fee of 25 ADA for burning tokens not minted via SnekX.

**What is the X post about?**

The SnekX X Bot will exclusively post LP token burns for tokens minted by SnekX that have attained at least a "Standard Verified" status. This policy is in place to protect the community from potentially harmful actors by ensuring that only verified burns are publicized.

This service allows you to easily update the metadata for an existing token in the Cardano token registry.

Please note: To use this service, the token must have been minted via SnekX. The originally selected verification level does not affect the update process; it works regardless of the chosen verification.

**What does the service cost?**

We provide a highly competitive and secure token metadata update service on the Cardano blockchain. The total cost to update a native token is 100 ADA. Understand more about[ what is ADA](https://cardano.org/what-is-ada/)

**What details can I change about my existing token?**

You can add or update any of the fields in the form provided.

If you previously omitted a specific field, now is the opportunity to include it.

Please fill only the fields that you wish to update. Any field left unfilled will retain its existing information. If a field was not included initially, it will not be added now.

**What is the timeframe for token metadata update?**

We begin the necessary procedures to update metadata across the required platforms within 12 hours. Please note, however, that manual approval from the Cardano token registry is required, which may take up to one working day to complete.

**What payment methods are accepted?**

The SnekX airdrop tool is a powerful solution for performing token airdrops on the Cardano blockchain, designed to simplify the process for all users.

**How does the airdrop process work?**

The process is simple: select the Cardano native token (CNT) you want to airdrop, and upload a file containing a list of participants along with the allocation each participant should receive.

**Who can use this tool?**

This tool is available to everyone, whether you’re a token founder or not.

**What tokens can I send with this tool?**

You can use the SnekX airdrop tool for any type of native token on Cardano, even if you’re not the token’s creator.

**How should I format my CSV file?**

The CSV file should contain exactly two columns: the first column with participant addresses and the second column with the corresponding token quantities. Refer to the provided example for clarity.

**What does the service cost?**

The service fee is dynamic and depends on the number of participants in the airdrop:
• Up to 100 participants: 100 ADA
• Up to 500 participants: 200 ADA
• Up to 1,000 participants: 300 ADA
Additionally, each participant requires a “minimum ADA value” attached to the token due to network requirements, costing 1.5 ADA per participant. This part of the fee is beyond our control as it’s mandated by the Cardano network.

**Can I see an example of the cost breakdown?**

Certainly! Here’s an example:
If you want to airdrop tokens to 50 participants, the total cost would be:
• SnekX fee: 100 ADA
• Network fee (min ADA value): 50 * 1.5 ADA = 75 ADA
• Total cost: 175 ADA

**Can I cancel or modify an airdrop after submission?**

Unfortunately, no. Once an airdrop transaction is submitted on Cardano, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified.
